I planned to sort and upload our photos over the weekend but I got food poisoning and had to go to the hospital, and spent the entire weekend totally exhausted in bed. It's ironic that after two months in India without any notable incident, I returned to 'safe' Taiwan and got it. What did I eat? A Mosburger Chicken Burger, just the thought of it now makes me gag.

In the meantime, here's a link to an old friend's site: www.onwalkabout.com. Mike spent a year in India on a motorbike. He's a far better photographer than I (in fact I don't think anyone carrying my camera could ever be considered a 'photographer'), plus he spent a lot of time writing down and organising his thoughts and observations, which I could ever be bothered to do. Mike and I had surprisingly similar experiences in India. It's well worth a visit to his site.

I'll try to get the photos up by the end of this week.
